Engineer I, Automation (North)

We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer to join our QA department, responsible for developing automated tests for our next-generation products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning overall auto infra design and integration
• System design and architecture
• Collecting and integrating requirements from R&D
• Defining building blocks and major enhancements
• Documenting system and building blocks
• Recommending system changes and refactoring
• Code and design review
• Implementing new modules/features
• Mentoring teammates and conducting training
• Optimizing current architecture and test flows
• Driving innovation in tools, approaches, and methodologies

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience
• Understanding of Automation Framework design and module development
• Experience in writing automation scripts and implementing software applications
• Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and preferably Pytest Framework
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform complex system tests
• Experience with Linux operating system
• Proactive approach to introducing new tools and technologies

Nice to have:

• Experience with Networking, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Rest API
• Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies
