Responsibilities For Backend Infrastructure Engineer
- Architect, implement, and maintain secure, high-availability cloud infrastructures
- Utilize cloud-based analytical stacks for monitoring, logging, alerts, and performance tuning
- Apply cybersecurity best practices to safeguard infrastructure, applications, and data
- Develop and maintain internal QA tools
- Orchestrate and optimize containerized workloads using OCI Containers and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to networking, load balancing, and container orchestration
- Continuously research and integrate emerging technologies
Requirements For Backend Infrastructure Engineer
- Experience developing backend APIs and infrastructure
- Proficient in Python and Go
- Deep understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, DNS)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and cloud security best practices
- Proven experience deploying and managing unmanaged cloud infrastructure
- Experience implementing and optimizing container orchestrators like Kubernetes
- Experience working with analytic stacks, such as ELK
