Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using PHP and Laravel
Work on in-car payment systems
Participate in an on-call rota to provide support outside of regular working hours
Collaborate with the team in a hybrid work environment

Requirements For Software Engineer, In-Car Payments

Experience with PHP and Laravel, focusing on RESTful APIs
Experience with Python or JavaScript
Understanding of API security and secure development practices
MySQL competencies (design patterns, ORM tools, performance tuning, administration/troubleshooting in a replicated environment)
Understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks like PHPUnit
Experience with Linux, Docker, Docker Compose, Git, and Redis
Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
Ability to commit to a hybrid work approach with office attendance near London Bridge one day per week on average
Willingness to participate in an on-call rota for support outside regular working hours
