This role focuses on developing their cutting-edge in-car commerce platform, enabling drivers to pay for fueling and parking directly from their vehicles. The position involves working with PHP (Laravel), MySQL, and AWS, while also utilizing Python and Javascript/React to enhance the backend platform.

Responsibilities For Software Engineer, In-Car Payments

  • Work with PHP (Laravel), MySQL and AWS to deliver new features and improve platform reliability
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and work with stakeholders
  • Design, document, build, deploy and maintain RESTful APIs at scale on AWS
  • Implement TDD/BDD practices and ensure code testing and review
  • Develop, deploy, operate and monitor team deliverables in DevOps culture
  • Performance tuning and optimization across environments
