Branch Manager II

This role combines strategic business leadership with hands-on operational management, requiring someone who can think and act like a business owner while driving exceptional member experiences and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of relevant experience, with specific expertise in financial services and leadership. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing branch operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering outstanding member service. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $86,800 to $119,300 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
