The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in an end-to-end machine learning environment, writes clean code in Python, has strong debugging skills, a curious mindset, solid communication skills, and a passion for empowering creators with new machine learning solutions. Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer, Growth
- Conduct exploratory data analyses and proof-of-concept machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design effective machine learning solutions
- Analyze and prepare training data, including using crowdsourcing data labeling techniques
- Train and iterate on machine learning models using novel techniques
- Deploy machine learning models to production and write backend code when necessary
- Debug models when observability shows performance gaps, and iterate on models
Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer, Growth
- 2+ years of experience working in an end-to-end machine learning team environment
- Clean and robust code writing in Python or other programming languages
- Experience debugging complex systems with a systematic approach
- Curious mindset and ability to dive deeply into datasets
- Solid communication skills and clear documentation writing
