Senior Frontend Engineer, Home

This role is crucial in shaping the Home experience, where members discover and engage with creators' content. The position offers a hybrid work model in either New York or San Francisco, requiring 2 days per week in office.

As the Web expert on a cross-functional team, you'll work alongside backend and machine learning engineers to optimize content discovery and engagement. The role focuses on building high-quality, performant, and personalized experiences in the Patreon web app, ensuring fans stay connected with their favorite creators' content.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Next.js. Strong expertise in scalable frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization is essential. You'll be responsible for architecting new features, integrating recommendation systems, and running A/B tests to measure impact.
