Staff Frontend Engineer, Home

Patreon, a leading platform in the creator economy with over 300k creators and 10M paying fans monthly, is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join their Home Team. This role is crucial in shaping the Home experience, ensuring members effectively discover and engage with creators' content.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a cross-functional team of backend and machine learning engineers, focusing on optimizing content discovery and engagement. As the Web expert, you'll be responsible for building high-quality, performant, and personalized experiences in the Patreon web app.

The role requires 6-7+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React. You'll be architecting new features for the Home feed, working on performance optimization, and implementing A/B tests to measure impact. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in scalable frontend architecture, state management, and responsive web design.
