DevOps Engineer (Campus Recruitment 2025)

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team to support Patsnap's product monitoring, cloud infrastructure, and release processes. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the operational stability and efficiency of our cloud-based environments, as well as providing essential IT support for our Singapore office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monitoring and alert response for Patsnap's products.
• Maintain and manage AWS and other public cloud services, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
• Maintain and enhance the CI/CD pipeline for efficient release and change management.
• Develop automation tools and scripts using Python and Go to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide on-site IT desktop support for the Singapore office.

Qualifications:

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, Redis, ELB/ALB).
• Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in scripting with Python, Go, or Shell.
• Familiarity with computer and office software troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and empathy skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin for effective communication in multilingual team settings.
• Experience in AI development (RAG, agent-based applications) is a plus.
