Salesforce Engineer

Pavago is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to collaborate with their team in developing innovative solutions on Salesforce for dynamic business challenges. This full-time, remote position offers flexible working hours and is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager to identify and develop Salesforce solutions
• Assist in transitioning tasks from third-party vendors to internal development
• Address back-end development needs and support live environment updates
• Participate in project management activities using tools like Asana and Monday.com
• Utilize SOQL for database interactions, reporting, and management
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Integrate systems and optimize processes using APIs and middleware
• Conduct quality assurance, perform code reviews, and create technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and management
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, Java, and Python
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Monday.com
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience with APIs and general development knowledge
