With 3+ years of credit or fraud risk analytics experience, you'll need to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong analytical thinking. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL is essential, along with excellent communication skills to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

PayPal offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $72,700 to $176,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, equity, and retirement plans.
