Responsibilities For Product Growth Manager - LATAM

  • Deliver key initiatives to expand platform capabilities
  • Develop Partnerships on new markets and platform solutions
  • Influence the Platform's product roadmap
  • Navigate compliance and rule frameworks for enterprise merchants
  • Identify areas of opportunity and deliver growth plans
  • Act as a payments expert for new strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a thought leader for enterprise merchants
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Support, Global Sales teams

Requirements For Product Growth Manager - LATAM

  • At least 5 years of experience in the payments industry
  • At least 3 years experience in business to business sales and relationship building
  • Experience identifying, developing, and contracting Partner relationships for Enterprise
  • Advanced and eloquent communicator
  • Experience with B2B and Product software (Powerpoint, Salesforce, Jira, Sharepoint)
  • Bachelors Degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (Brazil) required, Spanish appreciated
