This role sits at the crucial intersection of Payments, Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Government Relations, Legal and Compliance. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape PayPal's product marketing strategy in the region while working with a diverse, global team.

The ideal candidate will drive product marketing initiatives, lead commercial negotiations, and develop go-to-market strategies. They will work closely with payment networks, acquirers, processors, and financial institutions. The role requires a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional project management skills.

Responsibilities For Product Marketing Manager

  • Work with Marketing, PMM and PR teams to identify new thought leadership opportunities
  • Track local and global industry environment and leverage benchmark
  • Partner with Sales team to support local strategy and lead product implementation
  • Cross-functional coordination with product, engineering, marketing, finance, legal, operations, and customer service
  • Support coordination of regional to local planning and roadmap
  • Keep track of multiple global and local project execution
  • Support enhancements of end-to-end customer experiences with products

Requirements For Product Marketing Manager

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in Product Marketing Management, Marketing/Brand Strategy, Enablement, or Consulting
  • Deep understanding of payment economics and payments ecosystem
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationships management skills
  • Experience creating and articulating customer centric value propositions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)
