Sr. Manager UX Design, Venmo

The role sits within the Venmo Business Profiles design pod, working alongside Core Experiences and Consumer Financial Services teams. Your team will be responsible for critical experiences including charge sheets, business profiles, Activities, and app modernization, collaborating closely with user research and content design within the XD organization.

Key responsibilities include leading UX efforts within cross-functional teams, providing strategic influence on product direction, managing and prioritizing roadmap projects, and presenting effectively to executive-level stakeholders. You'll guide a team of product designers to build and deliver optimal core experiences for Venmo consumers while championing best practices and methodologies to meet both business KPIs and customer needs.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of Product Design experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling multiple products from conception to completion. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience with consumer-facing mobile apps are essential.
