Automation QA Engineer

PayPay Card, established in 2021, is a FinTech company that integrates with the PayPay payment platform to provide accessible and convenient FinTech services. As an Automation QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for enhancing quality and speed in product development and proposing improvements to the entire development process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Automating tests for product development projects
• Maintaining and operating automated tests
• Automating QA tasks
• Proposing improvements to test processes, efficiency, and coverage
• Analyzing and reporting test results
• Suggesting and implementing improvements for the overall product development process
• Selecting test tools and technologies

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining automated test cases
• Experience with frameworks/tools like Appium, Selenium, Cypress, Playwrite, or unirest/Rest Assured
• Experience in E2E testing automation and operation
• Experience with API test cases using Postman
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Bitrise
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge and practical experience in software testing
• Ability to identify challenges and propose improvements
• Flexible communication skills
• Continuous learning mindset

Preferred qualifications include experience in Agile environments, Japanese language skills, experience with Cucumber, coding experience, and familiarity with the credit card/financial industry.
