The role offers two exciting challenges: enhancing the credit card experience through new functionalities and PayPay ecosystem integration, and re-architecting our systems landscape to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Our tech stack is primarily built on Spring Boot (Java 11/17), with AWS infrastructure powering our services. We utilize modern development tools including GitHub, IntelliJ, and Gradle, while maintaining communication through Slack, Zoom, and Office 365.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Spring Boot, database systems, and distributed computing. Responsibilities For Backend Engineer
- Support the design, implementation and delivery of large scale, and complex systems
- Understand how to leverage infrastructure to solve large scale problems
- Contribute to the team by sharing knowledge, participating in code reviews
- Triage, debug and resolve product issues
- Support the code you write in production
Requirements For Backend Engineer
- Experience in using Spring Boot in a professional environment
- Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL databases along with distributed cache
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and object oriented programming
- In-depth understanding of concurrency and distributed computing
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent experience
- English business proficiency
