Description For QA Engineer
PayPay Card, established in 2021, is seeking a QA Engineer to enhance quality and speed in product development. As part of a rapidly expanding FinTech company with over 65 million users, you'll be responsible for quality assurance tasks, managing quality standards, and improving the overall development process. Key responsibilities include planning and designing tests in an agile environment, conducting tests on computers and smartphones, reporting results, coordinating with development teams, and proposing process improvements. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of QA experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities For QA Engineer
- Planning and designing tests for product development projects in an agile environment
- Conducting tests using computers and smartphones
- Reporting and providing feedback on test results
- Negotiating and coordinating with developers, designers, and directors on assigned projects
- Proposing and implementing improvements for the overall product development process
- Drafting proposals, compiling contracts, and handling approval requests
- Creating manuals
Requirements For QA Engineer
- Over 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer
- QA experience with web applications or mobile applications (both Android and iOS)
- Ability to understand and analyze technical specifications
- Experience in creating test plans, designing tests, and executing them
- Experience working in a fast-paced development environment within the IT/Web industry
- Experience in standardizing QA processes and methods, and proposing improvements
- Ability to flexibly communicate with product development teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of QA tools such as Zephyr, ALM, TestRail, TestLink, QASymphony, etc.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills
