We are seeking a QA Engineer to enhance quality and speed in product development and propose improvements to the entire development process. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with expertise in web and mobile applications. Key responsibilities include planning and designing tests in an agile environment, conducting tests on various devices, reporting results, coordinating with team members, and implementing process improvements.
The role requires strong technical skills, including experience with QA tools like Zephyr, ALM, TestRail, and knowledge of test automation processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading QA teams, driving projects with external vendors, and analyzing test bugs and production issues.

Responsibilities For QA Engineer
- Planning and designing tests for product development projects in an agile environment
- Conducting tests using computers and smartphones
- Reporting and providing feedback on test results
- Negotiating and coordinating with developers, designers, and directors on assigned projects
- Proposing and implementing improvements for the overall product development process
- Drafting proposals, compiling contracts, and handling approval requests
- Creating manuals
Requirements For QA Engineer
- Over 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer
- QA experience with web applications or mobile applications (both Android and iOS)
- Ability to understand and analyze technical specifications
- Experience in creating test plans, designing tests, and executing them
- Experience working in a fast-paced development environment within the IT/Web industry
- Experience in standardizing QA processes and methods, and proposing improvements
- Ability to flexibly communicate with product development teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of QA tools such as Zephyr, ALM, TestRail, TestLink, QASymphony, etc.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills
