Description For Corporate Engineering BPR/Low-Code Development Engineer

PayPay is a rapidly growing fintech company that has achieved remarkable success since its launch in 2018, amassing over 65 million users. The company is seeking a BPR/Low-Code Development Engineer to join their Corporate Engineering team, which is responsible for developing internal systems that support PayPay's extensive operations across merchant, customer, and authority domains.

The role involves building and maintaining business applications using low-code development platforms such as Outsystems and Workato. You'll be working on various projects ranging from one month to six months in duration, developing systems that improve and automate internal processes. The position offers the unique opportunity to work with different departments and directly observe the impact of your solutions on business operations.

As a member of the internal systems development team, you'll collaborate with BPR engineers to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement applications that enhance productivity across the organization. The team operates in a flexible environment where you can experiment with different development methodologies, including both waterfall and agile approaches.

The ideal candidate should have experience in web application development and database management, with business-level Japanese language skills being essential. Knowledge of low-code platforms, cloud services, and enterprise systems would be advantageous.
