iOS Engineer

PayPay, a leading FinTech company in Japan with over 65M users, is seeking talented iOS Engineers to enhance their payment product experience. As part of our diverse team representing 50+ countries, you'll work on developing and optimizing our mobile payment solutions.

The role involves close collaboration with the product team to customize payment experiences, prototype new features, and maintain high code quality standards. You'll be working with an elite team of developers, focusing on UI/UX design principles and product-driven development.

We offer a flexible work environment with our Work From Anywhere at Anytime (WFA) policy, allowing you to work remotely from anywhere in Japan. Our super flex-time schedule (no core hours) provides excellent work-life balance, with standard hours being 10:00am-6:45pm.

The compensation package includes competitive annual salary paid monthly, performance-based incentives, and various allowances including work-from-anywhere allowance (JPY100,000). The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of modern iOS development, strong Swift programming skills, and at least 6 years of professional experience in a product-based company. Experience with REST API integration, performance optimization, and payment service development is highly valued.
