Associate IT Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate IT Engineer passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team supporting over 825 Pendozers, with 55% distributed across multiple time zones. Our goal is to create the best workplace in the world, spanning numerous remote offices and satellite coworking spaces across continents.

As an Associate IT Engineer, you will:

• Deliver primary technical support to employees through various channels
• Partner with IT colleagues to support global locations
• Maintain a balanced focus on security and efficiency
• Accurately log and document all Service Desk issues
• Collaborate on corporate-wide initiatives and team projects
• Identify and research routine technical problems

We are predominantly a Mac-based environment, utilizing Jamf for MDM, Okta for identity management, and Zoom for video conferencing. Our operations are fully cloud-based with no on-premise servers.

The ideal candidate:

• Has a passion for helping people solve problems
• Excels in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Enjoys supporting and troubleshooting issues on macOS and/or Windows platforms
• Is comfortable using cloud-based communication tools
• Has 1+ years experience in a technical support environment
• Is familiar with Mac OS, Windows OS, and Google suite of applications
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can multitask and prioritize effectively
