Description For Principal Sales Engineer

As a Principal Sales Engineer at Pendo, you'll be a technical expert on the EMEA Enterprise sales team, aligning Pendo's solutions to customers' business challenges. You'll work closely with account executives to demonstrate the value of Pendo's platform through customer discovery, navigating technical and business requirements, crafting presentations, and guiding evaluations. The role requires a strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to manage deals involving multiple stakeholders. You'll collaborate with the sales organization to win business and expand Pendo's offerings within the EMEA customer base. Key responsibilities include delivering sales presentations, executing proof of value evaluations, addressing technical questions, and collaborating cross-functionally. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in customer-facing roles, with 5+ years in pre-sales, experience with MEDDICC framework, hands-on web or mobile technology experience, and excellent presentation skills.
