Pendo, a fast-growing startup founded in 2013, is seeking a Principal Sales Engineer to join their EMEA Enterprise sales team. This role is critical in aligning Pendo's solutions to customers' business challenges. As a Principal Sales Engineer, you'll work closely with account executives to demonstrate the value of Pendo's platform through customer discovery, navigating technical and business requirements, crafting tailored presentations, and guiding the evaluation process to successful technical wins.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the enterprise sales organization, crafting and delivering impactful sales presentations, executing proof of value evaluations, addressing technical questions, and ensuring smooth handoffs to implementation teams. Qualifications include 8+ years in customer-facing roles with large enterprises, 5+ years of pre-sales experience, familiarity with MEDDICC framework, hands-on experience with web or mobile technologies, excellent presentation skills, and leadership qualities. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with digital adoption, experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce and SAP, and a history of entering new markets.
Pendo offers a competitive salary range of £158,000 - £195,000 OTE (70/30 split) for this role in London.
