Responsibilities For Industrial Engineer III

  • Utilize Continuous Improvement tools to identify opportunities and lead process improvement projects
  • Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and work instructions
  • Drive efforts to analyze systems and determine optimal manufacturing methods
  • Work with manufacturing, quality, and R&D engineers to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop detailed work plans and strategies for projects
  • Develop standard operating procedures
  • Drive Time Study Analysis and identify Value/Non-Value-added activities
  • Mentor and Train Industrial Engineers
  • Develop and support Lean Manufacturing Implementation programs
  • Ensure facility efficiency and workplace safety

Requirements For Industrial Engineer III

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in medical device or related industry
  • Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and clean room practice
  • Creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS office tools, AutoCAD, and SAP
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
