Responsibilities For Sr Software R&D Engineer
- Build and maintain a connected software platform to integrate with medical device products
- Prototype, design, and implement features independently
- Interface with multi-disciplinary teams
- Review product requirements and contribute to project planning
- Lead and mentor junior to mid-level engineers
- Develop both front-end and back-end work
- Take designs from concept to implementation
- Diagnose and fix service issues in production
- Contribute to roadmap creation and execution
- Adhere to Quality Management System and regulations
Requirements For Sr Software R&D Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience
- Experience in development and deployment of backend/frontend platforms in SaaS
- Experience with relational databases, preferably Postgres
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously or collaboratively
- Experience working in cross-collaborative teams
