Peoplebox is seeking a self-driven Backend Engineer to join their team developing an OKR, Talent Management and People Analytics platform. The role offers unique challenges in building multi-source integration platforms and working with Kubernetes clusters.
As a backend engineer at Peoplebox, you'll be responsible for building data models and APIs consumed by Frontend engineers. The role requires strong system design skills, SQL expertise, and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in backend development, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience with frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Python, or Node.
