Software Developer Team Leader (C#, JavaScript)

PeopleCert is seeking a talented Software Developer Team Leader to lead their Software Development Team, which consists of more than 100 members. The team designs and develops applications that support & manage certification exams conducted 24x7 worldwide. These applications are web-based, built on cloud (Azure) based web services/applications using various technologies including JavaScript, Redis, oAuth, .Net, SQL server, iOS & android native app development, and video streaming.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a team of software developers through the full lifecycle of software development projects
• Providing technical direction and ensuring best practices in software design and coding standards
• Strategic project planning and monitoring
• Overseeing quality assurance processes
• Mentoring and developing junior developers
• Promoting team collaboration and effective communication
• Implementing company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• University Degree in Informatics Technology or related field (Postgraduate Degree advantageous)
• Minimum 7 years' experience in software development, with at least 3 years in team leadership
• Advanced proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, frameworks, and design patterns
• Proven leadership and project management skills in an Agile environment
• Excellent command of English (C2 level certification is a plus)
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Highly organized, strategic thinker, adaptable to fast-paced environments
