Responsibilities For Design System Engineer
- Contribute to development, support, and maintenance of software and infrastructure
- Develop software following engineering best practices
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions
- Support the development of automated CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Work closely with designers and engineering teams
- Collaborate with value teams to build robust, reusable libraries
- Participate in team ceremonies and work estimation
- Assist in improving the software development lifecycle
- Participate in training and Engineering Dojos
Requirements For Design System Engineer
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong skills in TypeScript and React
- Experience in package management including NPM packages
- Experience with modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, PandaCSS)
- Knowledge of Continuous Delivery practices
- Understanding of testing methodologies
- Experience using automation tools
- Familiarity with software design patterns and principles
- Commitment to continuous learning
