This role is crucial in supporting business users and clients by managing order systems and trading infrastructure.

You'll be responsible for system configuration, maintenance, and ensuring seamless trading operations. The role involves working with MT4, MT5, and cTrader trading servers, monitoring critical systems, and handling regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities For Trading Operations Engineer

  • Provide Tier 2&3 escalation and operational support to the business
  • Monitor business-critical Trading Systems
  • Configure MT4, MT5, cTrader trading servers following business and regulatory demands
  • Monitor the pricing and corporate actions of trading offering
  • Complete daily operational tasks as required by the business and regulators
  • Facilitate projects in coordination with internal teams and external technology providers

Requirements For Trading Operations Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance or related discipline
  • Excellent knowledge of English language both written and oral
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Flexibility with work hours, weekend tasks, and shifts
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar analyst role
