Description For Digital Product - Sr Manager (Delivery Leader)

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Delivery Leader to join their Digital Products and Applications (DPA) organization. This role is crucial in driving PepsiCo's digital transformation initiatives through end-to-end delivery governance and execution oversight. As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you'll lead a team of Scrum Masters while handling complex transformation programs.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $118,700 - $198,800, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 15% annual bonus opportunity. This role requires 10-15 years of experience in delivery leadership or technical program management, preferably in CPG teams or top-tier consulting firms.

Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional programs from conception through delivery, working with engineering, business, and design teams to coordinate complex initiatives, and leading a team of Scrum Masters. You'll be responsible for identifying technical challenges, developing governance processes, and reporting business risks to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, deep technical expertise with tools like Microsoft ADO and JIRA, and excellent communication abilities. You should have a proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-million dollar programs and building high-performing teams.

Requirements For Digital Product - Sr Manager (Delivery Leader)

  • 10-15 years of work experience as a Delivery Lead / Technical Program Management
  • Strong stakeholder management and risk analysis skills
  • Deep hands-on technical expertise with Microsoft ADO and JIRA
  • Experience in leading and building high-performing teams
  • Strong track record of program delivery for large, complex programs
  • Good understanding of SDLC models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
