Responsibilities For Engineering Manager
- Lead and manage all aspects of engineering and maintenance in foods manufacturing site
- Ensure plant reliability and continuous improvement
- Set capital plan for the facility and manage all aspects of projects
- Develop and revise maintenance programs including PM, CM, AM, CBM, and TPM
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget
- Lead implementation of AOP and SDD Sustainability initiatives
- Develop and manage site engineering operating and capital budget
- Support engineering aspects during project deployment
- Manage and develop maintenance team capabilities
Requirements For Engineering Manager
- 10+ years experiences in engineering Management at manufacturing
- 5+ years experience in managing large capital projects
- 5+ years experience in managing Maintenance team
- Working knowledge of maintenance and reliability
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Project management expertise
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
