Description For IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Manager

PepsiCo is seeking an IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Manager to join their team in Belgrade, Serbia. This crucial role involves coordinating and facilitating IBP processes across all categories in the Market Unit, supporting key functions including marketing, sales, supply chain, demand planning, finance, and procurement. The position serves as a vital link in PepsiCo's business decision-making process, helping to determine production, sales, revenue, and profit targets.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, finance, or sales, with a strong educational background in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance. They should possess excellent project management skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

As an IBP Manager, you'll be responsible for attending and facilitating all iS&OE & iS&OP forums, collaborating with functional leads, documenting decisions and actions, and driving continuous improvement in the IBP processes. The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities For IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Manager

  • Coordinate and facilitate IBP processes (Sales & Operations Execution/iS&OE and Sales & Operations Planning/iS&OP)
  • Monitor, assess and drive continuous improvement in IBP processes
  • Attend and facilitate all iS&OE & iS&OP forums
  • Collaborate with functional leads for forum preparation and updates
  • Help cross-functional stakeholders achieve alignment and make timely decisions
  • Document and communicate actions, decisions, and escalations
  • Analyze Process Performance KPIs
  • Coach and support iS&OP/E participants
  • Track process adoption and improvement plans
  • Assist IBP Lead in developing people, system and process changes

Requirements For IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Manager

  • University degree (preferably Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance). MBA is a plus
  • 5-7 years experience in supply chain, demand planning, finance or sales
  • Experience in FMCG industry
  • Good project management and process improvement skills
  • Strong business acumen with results orientation
  • Confident presenter and good facilitator
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in local business language and English
