Responsibilities For IoT Customer Success Delivery Manager

  • Engage with customers to identify opportunities and needs for IOT solutions
  • Evaluate and analyze customer needs and socialize with platform teams
  • Work with Platform Engineering, Product Owner and Architect to build solutions
  • Deliver end to end IoT Solution and manage customer engagement
  • Create awareness about IOT Platform and conduct customer training
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Conduct business reviews for customer satisfaction
  • Onboard new customers and solutions on IOT Platform

Requirements For IoT Customer Success Delivery Manager

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 15 years overall experience delivering customer outcomes
  • 3 years experience in delivering IOT Solutions at scale
  • Experience with data analysis and budget management
  • Strong project reporting and communication skills
  • Proven experience in customer success or client-facing role
  • Familiarity with IoT technologies and concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
