Description For Night Shift Production Manager

PepsiCo is seeking a Night Shift Production Manager to lead operations at their facility, overseeing 9 production lines and a distribution center producing approximately 65MM cases annually. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency through Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) processes. The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,200 - $142,650, plus a 10% annual bonus target and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the beverage/foods sector, with strong expertise in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and project management. They'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, managing performance metrics, and building high-performing teams through effective leadership and coaching.

Responsibilities For Night Shift Production Manager

  • Oversee 9 production lines and distribution center
  • Develop and execute Integrated Business Plan to meet annual operating plan goals
  • Deliver on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Motivation KPIs
  • Build and develop salaried and hourly talent through coaching and mentoring
  • Foster Natural Work Team effectiveness through Kaizen Events
  • Partner with functional groups and corporate teams
  • Lead execution of Cost Management Processes
  • Ensure safety, quality, financial controls, and efficiency through TPM processes

Requirements For Night Shift Production Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technical field, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Beverage/Foods or Consumer Products sectors
  • 3+ years in Maintenance with proven track record in root cause analysis
  • Proficiency in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Finance and Accounting
  • Project Management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and SAP
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Leadership and cultural change management skills
