This position is part of PepsiCo's Strategy & Transformation team, specifically in the newly formed 'Process Excellence & Transformation' function. The role focuses on driving Process Excellence for prioritized initiatives in Sales Business Processes. The successful candidate will lead process diagnostics and re-engineering efforts to deliver business impact through operations excellence, standardization, and automation initiatives across markets, including those supported by global Capability Centers. The position involves supporting end-to-end process transformation roadmaps, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and enhancing customer experience. The role requires expertise in Lean Six Sigma projects, process modeling, process mining diagnostics, and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate will operate as an internal consultant, working with cross-functional and global teams on multiple projects. Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence change with senior stakeholders are essential. The role includes conducting Lean Six Sigma Kaizen sessions, facilitating Value Stream Mapping, and Design Thinking sessions, while working closely with Hyper Automation teams and utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies. This position reports to senior leaders in the Process Excellence & Transformation team and offers an opportunity to drive significant business transformation initiatives at a global scale.
