Description For Productivity & Performance Manager

PepsiCo is seeking a Productivity & Performance (P&P) Associate Manager to lead productivity and manufacturing performance at their Global Concentrate Solutions (PGCS) plant in Arlington, TX. This crucial role oversees productivity initiatives targeting $1-1.2MM USD annual savings while driving manufacturing excellence.

The position reports directly to the Arlington Plant Director and manages 1-2 direct reports. Key responsibilities include developing and executing productivity strategies, managing Lean Six Sigma programs, and serving as a vital link between site operations and headquarters for performance improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields, with demonstrated success in project management and process improvement. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Manage LSS training platform
  • Mentor LSS Belts and sponsors
  • Work with Performance Global team on KPIs dashboard
  • Lead LSS facilitation at Kaizen events
  • Provide business analysis support

Requirements For Productivity & Performance Manager

  • 8+ years experience in Engineering, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Quality
