Description For Senior Maintenance and Engineering Specialist

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Maintenance and Engineering Specialist to join their Supply Chain team in Stone Mountain, Georgia. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in our manufacturing facilities. The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000-$100,000 with a 10% annual bonus potential, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and paid parental leave.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience in consumer products, with a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You'll be responsible for leading loss analysis, improvement plan development, and execution while facilitating Lean Six Sigma projects throughout the plant. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.

Key responsibilities include managing the Centerline System, leading rapid changeover activities, developing annual operating plans, and providing reliability analysis support. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and maintain high safety standards. The position requires regular presence on the plant floor and occasional travel (less than 5%).

Responsibilities For Senior Maintenance and Engineering Specialist

Requirements For Senior Maintenance and Engineering Specialist

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field
  • Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience in consumer products manufacturing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
