Shift Technician/Multi Skilled Engineer

PepsiCo is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer (Shift Technician) for their Skelmersdale manufacturing site, a key facility in the Walkers portfolio producing popular snacks like Snack-a-Jacks and Monster Munch. This role involves providing crucial engineering technical support to manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal plant reliability and performance through effective asset maintenance and continuous improvement programs.

The position operates on a continental shift pattern (3/2) with 12-hour rotational shifts between days (06:00-18:00) and nights (18:00-6:00), averaging 42 hours per week. The ideal candidate should be an indentured time-served apprentice with an electrical bias, holding minimum 18th edition certification and City & Guilds 2391.
