This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise, requiring deep knowledge of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern development practices.
You'll manage and mentor high-performing engineering teams distributed across multiple locations, driving innovation and best practices in software development. The position requires expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, with a focus on cloud-native development and enterprise-scale solutions. You'll work closely with executive stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business objectives and lead the narrative around software engineering excellence.

Requirements For Software Engineering Director

- 10+ years of experience in building and delivering large-scale, distributed systems
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple delivery leads across various projects
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
