Value Chain Digital Solutions Senior Manager

PepsiCo is seeking a Value Chain Digital Solutions Senior Manager to lead the development of next-generation network design capabilities across their global business units. This strategic role will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing digital solutions across the Global Network Design suite. The position offers a competitive salary range of $114,700 - $192,100 and includes comprehensive benefits.

The role requires expertise in network design, technical system implementation, and cross-functional leadership. You'll be working on transformative projects that deliver significant improvements in profitability, efficiency, sustainability, and service. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days per week in office at either the Purchase, NY or Plano, TX headquarters.

Key responsibilities include managing the global network design digital architecture, maintaining the EDF Gold layer, defining technical roadmaps, and collaborating with various teams to enhance technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of network design experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels globally.
