Backed by prominent investors like Lux Capital and Founders Fund, Perchwell is revolutionizing the multi-trillion dollar residential real estate industry with their innovative software suite.
The role demands a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of experience in data analytics or engineering. You'll be responsible for developing scalable data pipelines, implementing ETL/ELT processes, and enabling self-service analytics across the organization. The position requires expertise in SQL, Python, dbt, and Airflow, along with strong experience in cloud data warehouses like Amazon Redshift.
Working from their Soho, Manhattan office in a hybrid setup (3 days/week), you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. Responsibilities For Data Analytics Engineer
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data
- Use tools like dbt to transform raw data into clean, reusable data models
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Ensure adherence to data quality and security standards
- Utilize Airflow to schedule and monitor workflows
- Implement CI/CD processes for analytics code
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in data engineering, LLMs, and AI-driven analytics
Requirements For Data Analytics Engineer
- 5-10 years of work experience in data analytics, data engineering, or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Strong experience with Amazon Redshift or other cloud data warehouses
- Expertise with dbt
- Proficiency in Python
