Senior Data Engineer

Perchwell is revolutionizing the real estate industry with its modern data and workflow platform, backed by prestigious investors like Lux Capital and Founders Fund. As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in scaling our data infrastructure and building robust solutions for Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) across the country.

The position offers the flexibility of remote work or a hybrid arrangement at our SoHo NYC office. You'll be instrumental in developing ETL tooling, data pipelines, and implementing data governance measures. This is an opportunity to shape the standards and culture of the data engineering team at a growing company.

The role requires expertise in data engineering with Python, SQL, or Kotlin, along with experience in cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and data warehouses. You'll work with various technologies including Airflow, S3, SQS, RDS, and more. The position offers a competitive compensation package of $160-190K base salary plus equity and benefits.

As a foundational member of the team, you'll collaborate with Data Insights, Product, Design, and other engineering teams to build solutions that establish Perchwell as the best-in-class MLS workflow and data platform. The company is at an exciting growth phase, currently scaling its platform and onboarding several new MLSs.
