Responsibilities For Device Support Engineer - Perfecto Mobile

  • Respond to customer escalations and service requests
  • Communicate status to customers and internal staff
  • Document trouble resolution through ticketing system
  • Interface with NOC support teams
  • Implement new technologies and lead automation of monitoring tools
  • Update Mobile device firmware and software
  • Maintain Mobile device database
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system operations
  • Handle domain migrations
  • On-board new systems and devices
  • Troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems
  • Manage servers remotely
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements For Device Support Engineer - Perfecto Mobile

Linux
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in 24x7x365 NOC environment
  • Three years professional work experience
  • Team player capable of performing routine and technical tasks
  • High organizational ability
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with trouble ticketing and change management tools
  • Understanding of Windows registry and event log analysis
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems
  • Knowledge of AWS, Confluence, JIRA, and Salesforce (preferred)
