Responsibilities For Professional Services Engineer I
- Deliver consulting engagements for implementations, migrations, upgrades, trainings, and general advising
- Support Sales efforts as a Delphix Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Improve Services Offerings by integrating field observations into product roadmap
- Drive customer time-to-value (TTV)
- Review and produce technical documentation and procedures
- Assess customer bug and enhancement requests
- Contribute to internal initiatives within the PS team
- Utilize scripting skills to contribute to internal tools
- Foster and maintain strong customer satisfaction
Requirements For Professional Services Engineer I
- Experience with SQL Server or Oracle DBMS
- Cloud experience in AWS/GCP/Azure
- Enterprise software install and configuration skills
- Scripting experience in Bash shell, Powershell, Python, or Perl
- UNIX/LINUX or Windows Sysadmin skills
- Experience with software development methodologies
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive issue identification
