Team Lead, Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Perforce is seeking a full-stack team leader for their BlazeMeter product, the leading platform for continuous testing. The ideal candidate will work with an Agile team to build scalable products for developers and DevOps engineers. These solutions address challenges such as verifying service capacity, API monitoring, thorough API testing, and mocking external services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering stories and participating in backlog grooming within an Agile team
• Providing hands-on technical leadership
• Collaborating with internal teams relying on your services

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in leading others
• Expert knowledge of React and backend technologies (PHP, NodeJS, or Java) with 5+ years of experience
• Understanding of short release cycles
• Experience with end-to-end test automation
• Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes experience
• Jenkins experience
