As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer on the Post-Sales team, you'll partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure the long-term success of strategic and enterprise customers. You'll own technical solution design and delivery, addressing complex needs and pushing the boundaries of the platform.

Key responsibilities include:
- Driving account strategy and onboarding Enterprise accounts
- Being a trusted advisor for strategic customers
- Owning end-to-end delivery of complex solutions
- Creating documentation and scaling best practices
- Providing feedback to inform the product roadmap

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, with at least 2 years working with enterprise accounts.
