Description For Core Solutions Engineer

Persona is at the forefront of building a universal and comprehensive identity infrastructure, revolutionizing how businesses manage and protect their users' identities. As a Core Solutions Engineer at Persona, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical implementation and customer success.

In this role, you'll be the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, working closely with Customer Success Managers to support customers throughout their journey. You'll build lasting relationships with stakeholders, serving as their technical advisor and crafting solutions that leverage Persona's platform capabilities and industry best practices.

Your responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end delivery of complex solutions, from design to deployment, and driving exceptional execution for the Solutions Engineering team. You'll also be instrumental in automating processes and developing innovative approaches to problem-solving that will shape both internal and external decision-making.

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and customer-facing skills. You should have at least 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, with a high technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with APIs, web development, and scripting languages is a plus.

Responsibilities For Core Solutions Engineer

  • Be the customer's technical point of contact throughout their lifecycle
  • Build deep understanding of customers' business problems and technical requirements
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex solutions
  • Drive exceptional execution for the Solutions Engineering team
  • Automate processes and take innovative approaches to problem-solving
  • Provide feedback to Engineering, Product, and Design teams to inform product roadmap

Requirements For Core Solutions Engineer

  • 3+ years of work experience in a technical customer-facing role
  • High technical aptitude with ability to work with engineers and business stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with APIs, web development, and scripting (e.g., bash, Python, SQL, Ruby) is a plus
  • Willingness to travel and meet customers in person
