Persona is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team in San Francisco or New York. As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the trusted technical advisor to prospective customers, leading them through product demonstrations and proof of concepts.
Key responsibilities include owning demo environments, crafting dynamic product demonstrations, serving as the primary technical point of contact for prospects, and helping to close deals and drive new revenue. You'll also play a vital role in defining the technical sales strategy and developing collateral to scale the sales organization.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, a proven track record in leading prospect demonstrations and POCs, and proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences are essential.
Persona offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $130,000 - $165,000, along with equity.
