The Successful candidate will work a 14-day on-7 off rotation supporting a project on the mine site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support for electrical systems and equipment.
- Oversee the installation and troubleshooting of electrical components.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct tests and inspections to verify the performance and integrity of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with the project team to address technical challenges and enhance electrical systems.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on electrical system status and suggest improvements.
- Monitor project progress to meet timelines and budget requirements.
- Train and support site personnel on electrical systems and safety practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective electrical maintenance strategies.

Requirements For Electrical Field Engineer - PL#11134
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a field engineer, ideally in mining or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Consideration will also be given to Engineering Techs with a trade background and strong construction-related field experience.
