As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust data architecture capable of handling hundreds of terabytes of data while maintaining performance and reliability.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in building and scaling data infrastructure in high-growth environments, with deep expertise in modern data stack tools and expert-level SQL skills. Responsibilities For Senior Data Engineer
- Design and implement robust data architecture capable of handling 100s of TBs with 10x growth trajectory
- Drive data quality initiatives across the organization
- Lead sophisticated data modeling efforts to support exponential business growth
- Build and scale A/B testing frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions
- Mentor teams on data best practices and drive adoption of data-driven methodologies
Requirements For Senior Data Engineer
- 5+ years of extensive experience building and scaling data infrastructure in high-growth environments
- Proven experience in startup environments
- Deep expertise in modern data stack tools, particularly Snowflake and dbt
- Strong background in data modeling, schema design, and data architecture at scale
- Demonstrated experience implementing data quality frameworks and observability solutions
